HYDRASITE is a spatial installation unfolding across image, sound and presence — a living environment conceived by HYDRA.

The project moves between archive and activation. During the day, Hydra Future Archive opens as a research space — fragments, references and materials in progress. A casting session follows, where portraits are produced in real time, turning encounters into content.

From the evening, the space shifts into a collective moment.
An AI film developed in collaboration with Pei Shan Lee is screened, accompanied by a live solo violin performance by Asia, and a vinyl set by Sou Varine (Discogs Diaries).

A fluid program where installation, performance and documentation intersect.
